Having a Tournament?

For every team that registers for one of your tournaments and books its hotel accommodations with Team Accommodations, your Association will receive $25.00. (This rate could increase to $50.00 if we handle more than 3 tournaments for your association)

Here's how to get started:

Teams attending your association's tournaments:

Teams attending your tournaments will need accommodations (hotel rooms). Team Accommodations provides this service for free. By referring teams to us, your association will receive $25 for each referral ($50 if registered to our Hospitality Program where we block off hotel rooms for more than 3 tournaments).

*Plus you can tell the teams coming to your tournament that we guarantee the lowest hotel group rates.

Step #1

Fax or email all the dates to any tournaments that your association is hosting. As teams enter your tournaments, let them know that you have a "hospitality host" looking after all the hotel accommodations for the tournament. Ask them to call Team Accommodations 1-866-321-8326 to book their hotel accommodations for your tournament. To make sure you get credit for these teams, we ask that you email or fax to us the teams contact information once they register so we can contact them.

Step #2

Sign our Fundraising Agreement that provides this additional revenue stream for your association.

Step # 3

Copy and paste a free Team Accommodations Banner onto your web site's home page to help  your association to easily direct any inquiries on how to reach Team Accommodations with little effort.
